A mystery player recently won more than $572K on a slot at Las Vegas’s New York-New York Hotel & Casino.

The total jackpot was $572,660.58. The player bet $1.75, IGT revealed on its Twitter account on Saturday.

The win was hit on an IGT Wheel of Fortune Triple Red Hot Sevens Gold Spin slot.

Details weren’t immediately released.

Over $1M Won at California Casino

Three jackpots were won on July 4 at Elk Grove, Calif.’s Sky River Casino.

The biggest winner hit $999,519 after coming up with a seven-card straight flush during a face-up Pai Gow Poker game. He also won a $45,456 “Fortune Bonus” payout.

The unnamed winner is local resident.

Another unnamed player, also a local, won $83,289 at blackjack on Independence Day.

It was a Triple Diamond progressive jackpot.

Both winners are gold-level Sky River Rewards members.

We are thrilled that two local guests got to celebrate Independence Day with huge jackpots at Sky River Casino this July 4,” Chris Gibase, Sky River’s president and chief operating officer, said in a statement quoted by the Sacramento Bee.

The casino is located about 16 miles southeast of Sacramento.

$92.8K Win

Elsewhere in California, Eagle Mountain Casino paid a lucky winner $92.8K last month.

The winner was identified as “Richard,” and he resides in Tulare, Calif.

The total won at the Porterville, Calif. casino was $92,891.85. It was hit on the Wonder 4 Boost Gold slot machine during a bonus round. He had wagered $6.90 and it was his final spin.

The June 1 payout took place during Richard’s third visit to the new gaming property. It opened on May 9 and is located 161 miles north of Los Angeles.

Previously, the casino was located elsewhere on the Tule River Reservation.

South Africa Sees Jackpot

In South Africa, a casino player won an approximate $118,453 jackpot on Saturday.

It was on a Jackpot Cleopatra’s Gold Deluxe slot machine at SilverSands Casino. It is an Egyptian-themed game provided by Realtime Gaming (RTG).

The lucky winner was identified as “S.K.”

He bet 28 cents and was playing for three minutes before winning the money. The online wager was made through the SouthAfricanCasinos.co.za site.

“The sight of the tremendous winning amount on my screen was surreal,” S.K. said in a statement after hitting the jackpot. “This windfall couldn’t have come at a better time.”
