There is no legal ID for a service dog in the U.S.A. people using fake I.D.s bought online make it harder for those of us with legitimate service dogs without Fake I.D.s

Again, in the U.S.A. there is no legal requirement to register service dogs nor to have an I.D. for them. All the online service dog registrations & I.D.s are just scams to get your money.

Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.

These dogs can be self trained, there is no requirement for professional training.
Places of Business are allowed to ask you 2 questions only
1. Is the dog a service dog
2. What task does it provide for you.

Your best bet is to have a copy of the ADA with you, whether on your phone or printed out.

Also keep in mind Indian Reservations have their own lawn enforcement & are not always required to follow the same laws. Whether the Casino owned by a tribe is required to follow the ADA is a question for an ADA attorney.

I have a service dog and his with me in every casino I go too including las vegas. I have no problem except 1 or 2 but thats got solve by the manager. Other issue happen I was in morongo casino security name Perez question me about my service dog she said his not a service dog and what he performs. I told her when I painted he wake me up then she repeated the question and I give her same answer. Then she look at his ID she his not a service dog and I have to leave the casino I called 911 and when he came I told him what happen I said it again his a service dog so he look at his I D and other security she said OMG where she came out that his not a service dog. It’s said right here in his ID service animal. I see that security called the management let them know that he is a service animal but since the decision was made cause of lie they demand for me to leave the casino and escorted to the parking lot now I’m seeking for attorney to put a lawsuit on this casino as they made a big mistake IS THERE ANY ATTORNEY IN here. Oh by the way while I’m being escorted to my car the sheriff told me just for today as the management already made the decision for you to leave this tell me I was kick out with there lies oh this happen on june 15 I have more to say but who ever reading this it’s my pleasure to hear from you.
